This policy explains how Sandip Mitra ("we") handles information you share through the Career Growth X-Ray assessment. We aim to follow applicable Indian data-protection requirements, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

Your name, industry, designation, experience, career challenges, goals, the actions you have tried, WhatsApp number, email, optional mobile number, masterclass interest, your communication preferences, and the website or campaign link you came from.

How we use it

To show your personalised summary, understand common career challenges, and — only if you opted in for that channel — send webinar invitations and career development resources by WhatsApp and/or email. We do not sell your information.

Consent

WhatsApp and email consents are separate and optional. You receive your results whether or not you opt in. We keep a record of when consent was given or withdrawn.

Retention

We keep assessment data for up to 24 months from your last submission, after which it is deleted or anonymised, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights and withdrawal

You can withdraw consent, request a copy of your data, or request deletion at any time on the communication preferences page, or by replying "STOP" to any message.

Security

Data is stored in a secured database accessible only to authorised administrators, transmitted over HTTPS.
